Expansion Through Natural Corrections. Opportunity to Expand!

Expansion Through Natural Corrections. Opportunity to Expand!

Hello friend, for hundreds of thousands of years humans have lived here. They have, each one, struggled to exist, to survive, to have a good life, to live. And in this time throughout history, people have encountered various obstacles, difficulties, struggles of life. These struggles are a natural part of human existence, a natural part of living in this world. There is no time in human history when there has not been some sort of difficulty, large or small, personal, or collective. Difficulties always arise. But in addition to difficulties, there are always periods of personal joy, personal fulfillment, personal expansion. Times when life seems incredibly good. Times when we feel very connected to friends, family, loved ones. Times when we feel there is abundance in our lives. These are also natural human experiences.

Our life challenges are what shape and shift our seeing to align us better with that which we came here to achieve and become.

They are part of our on-the-ground training.

By studying carefully the lessons offered to us through the life challenges we have already faced and overcome, we can often find the ways they have strengthened us and even set us up in preparation for the things we achieve. Life challenges refine us through the questions they require answers to, and through the storms, they bring us face to face with life. Hardship and challenges often serve us towards becoming our best and most mature selves. They tempt us towards grace, gratitude, and acceptance. Or challenges can drive us to collapse into misery, all depending upon how we meet them. And that is our choice. We can choose to either meet challenges and hardship with resilience and thus overcome, or we can choose to meet them with resistance and collapse.

And throughout history, people have had both the difficult experiences and the joyous experiences – times of struggle and conflict, times of peace and integration. Some people may ask why are there are periods of struggle and conflict? Why do obstacles and difficulties arise? But without them, how could we grow without both the personal and collective, obstacles, struggles, and conflict? For each human being loves their life, wants to survive, wants to do the maximum to fulfill their destiny, and to find true happiness. But in that search and effort to find happiness, many times the happiness of others can be stepped upon. The happiness of one can be at the expense of the happiness of others. And, for the happiness of one, another may suffer – living beings of all species may suffer.

In today’s world, many animals are highly exploited. There has been a degree of human exploitation of the planet that there are many species completely disappearing from this world. The world is out of balance and to bring that balance back there are forces in nature that adjust, which naturally bring harmony back to the natural world, back to all the living beings. And so, with what is happening this year, this is a time of adjustment. It is one adjustment. Until we as a collective awakening to the harmony we have with nature and all other living beings, rather than trying to put ourselves above other beings and exploit others, when we begin to live in harmony and mutual love and respect with everything, the correction does not need to occur.

So, in collective life as well as personal life, there are lessons to be learned from the trials and tribulations and difficulties that arise. Those are nature’s way of teaching us, of showing us when we have gone too far and allowing us to make adjustments, corrections. When people try always to find their happiness outside of themselves, then they may be highly successful for a time and then hit a period where that success fails them. And people may think why is this happening to this person? But, if we saw the entire scope of that person’s life and many lives before, we might see that that person has come to a point in their own evolution where what they have been doing, the way they have been approaching their life, is not working anymore. Is not for their higher good, not promoting their true spirit to awaken and arise, not promoting their path home to their source.

Life challenges are built into life; this is how we know they are an essential part of life. No one gets off easy.

Everyone has their own load of life-expanding challenges that must be lived through, whether we grow from them or not.

How we deal with these life challenges is our personal choice.

And so, certain circumstances might arise to make a correction in our path. When that happens then there is an opportunity in life to adjust, to make changes that are highly important for our personal evolution. And the same is true in collective life. It provides an opportunity. So never be daunted by the difficulties that life presents individually or collectively. But take them in steps, to learn, an opportunity to change, to grow, to expand, to go inward, and to know your innermost self, to become connected to the entirety of your human experience. Such are the ways that nature adjusts and we are part of that, and the laws of the universe are sustained. This is the path of the cosmic law underlying personal and social order. Let us not fight the current, or to go against it, let’s move with the flow, no resistance needed, every correction or life lesson is bringing us closer to our truth, bringing us back home.

Much Love,

Ziad

The Clear Understanding of Cynicism!

The Clear Understanding of Cynicism!

Dear friend,

I wanted to share with you a clear understanding of cynicism. Cynics are people who we likely know, we all have or had one of those people around us, the type that distrusts everything new they see or hear, they are intolerant to new ideas, and they are pessimistic about everything. They think they know it all. They are not skeptics. That is a positive trait. They are more the downers who tend to bring everyone else down.

Cynicism comes from a variety of places, but often happens when one is emotionally vulnerable. In other words, lack of self-love or never had enough love in their lives.

The word Cynics comes from Greek philosophers who lived around 445 BC who rejected conventional ideas about money, power, and shelter. Instead, they promoted living simply. The founder of this school of thought, Antisthenes, supposedly was homeless on the streets of Athens and preached a life of poverty. The word cynic stems from the Greek word for dog.

Cynicism is part of a defensive mechanism people use to protect who they are or what they believe is true. It is typically triggered when they feel hurt by or angry at something, and instead of dealing with those emotions directly, they allow them to worsen and distort their outlook on everything.

Oscar Wild the Irish poet says: “A cynic is a man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing!”

Another cause of cynicism is that the brains are hard-wired to pay more attention to negative experiences. Because of trauma and or other distrust issues. The more negativity they see in the world, the more likely they are to share that temper with others. Over time, that tends to make them more cynical. In severe cases, they will find themselves hating on everything without giving it much thought.

Though cynicism may not be healthy in the long run, it can serve as an emotional coat of armor. Cynics people who have trust issues and are hurting, if you cannot be around them, the least being compassionate with them would be the best thing you can do.

We may remember this, like most things in life, always-on optimism is not healthy either it is all about balance my friend. When we find ourselves being cynical about everything, then it is time to take a closer look at what we are interacting with the world around us, inner work comes in handy here.

If we observe what people are cynical about, we often discover what they lack!

Many of our cynical emotions arise when we are feeling vulnerable. In moments when we are feeling open and are let down, we are far more likely to react by toughening up and becoming defensive. When we enter this state of mind, we are often viewing those around us through the same critical filter through which we see ourselves. This “critical inner voice” is frequently directed at us, telling us we are not good enough or that we are not going to fit in. Yet the harsh judgment of this inner critic can easily be projected outward onto the people around us.

We may start seeing anyone from our closest friend to a distant relative solely for their flaws and fail to have compassion for their own struggles and distractions. Being a glass-half-full kind of person, not only makes us happier but healthier.

Cynics usually are a disappointed idealist.

Research shows that “positive emotions contribute to psychological and physical well-being via more effective coping.” In other words, our positive feelings make us more resilient when facing negative circumstances. So the question becomes: Why not look for the best in people? Why make ourselves suffer over the flaws in others? How can we shake off cynical, destructive points of view and the critical attitudes that lead us in a downward spiral?

Avoiding cynicism does not mean avoiding emotions. It is not about being phony or in fantasy when it comes to our surroundings. it is about improving our own suffering by dealing with emotions directly without letting them color the lens through which we view the world.

It is important to acknowledge our emotions and to allow ourselves to feel them fully. We can then decide how we want to act.

Compassion requires a unique combination of accepting that we each have independent minds that think differently, while also realizing that we are all in the same boat, that we are all hurt in our own ways. Compassion counters cynicism by allowing us to feel our anger, pain, or frustration without taking these feelings to dark places that we do not need.

It is important to accept that we create the world we live in. When we cultivate compassion instead of turning cynical, we feel better. We feel closer to the people we care about and more fulfilled within ourselves. By being open and understanding, we relieve ourselves of our own harmful attitudes, and we draw out the best in those around us.

Stay blessed!

2020 Summer Solstice. A rebirth of Light!

2020 Summer Solstice. A rebirth of Light!

Dear friend, as the Moon and Sun come together in the same astrological sign on a New Moon, this is a powerfully transcendent New Moon that will most likely be felt for a long time. New Moons are all about setting intentions for the forthcoming 29-day lunar cycle.

With our Eclipse New Moon sitting opposite Galactic Centre, the heart/home of our milky way galaxy, the birthplace of our Souls, we are being drawn to re-evaluate how we are living at HOME here on Earth. Are we serving our Soul’s highest aspirations and living on-purpose toward our greater evolutionary purpose?

With the energy, uprising this solstice (breaking through the illusion) and making an uncomfortable square to our Solar Eclipse, new revelations about the story of Earth will be ignited along with our own story. Whilst this aspect may deeply inspire and uplift the actions we may take in Earth’s Evolution that is well underway, it also may bring confusion to many, a sense of feeling lost in too many stories that are untrue and unfitting to our present new being.
Where in your life have you given away your power, given away your intuitive insight, given away your energy to conform to a story that in fact, you were never comfortable with? This insightful New Moon will help us all reclaim ownership of our lives. A call to action of where and how we are now guided to place our energy in order to facilitate social justice.

Our energy need not come from fighting, but rather a solidarity and purposeful vision that serves a cause much greater than ourselves. United. Rising. Together.

The summer solstice reminds us of the light that exists within all of us. It gives us permission to expand and shine our light, rather than dim it. Setting our intentions and being in the moment while embracing the life force energy from the Sun is one of the simplest ways to celebrate, whether our goal is to ramp up social justice initiatives or clear your head for mental health purposes.

There are plenty of ways to observe 2020’s summer solstice. We recommend charging crystals like citrine and quartz under the sun on this day for vitality and then using them in crystal water to drink from and baths to harness that energetic power.

Dear friend, remember that Solar Eclipse feels like a mega-amplified New Moon and can be very intense. But also has the potential to be wildly transformational should we choose to surrender to the eclipse’s greater potential. Eclipses have the effect of pushing us to transform, and the choice comes into being as to whether we choose to transform the hard way (kicking & screaming) or surrender to a grander version of ourselves with grace & ease! Have a blissful Solstice/New Moon/Eclipse!

11/11 A Portal of Cosmic Elevation!

11/11 A Portal of Cosmic Elevation!

Hello friend,  In numerology, the number 11 is considered a “master number,” of which there are only three: 11, 22, and 33. And the root of all three master numbers is the number 11 which represents instinct and is the most intuitive of all numbers. It is our connection to our subconscious, to gut feeling and knowledge without rationality.

11 11 is a master number linking us with the Ascended Masters and Spiritual Guides assigned to us to guide our spiritual and physical lives, helping us to evolve and become masters of our own lives. When we see this number, it is a reminder from the universe that we are in spiritual alignment with them and our thoughts, words, and actions are amplified in that moment or in this case the entire day.

This master number even asserts its power visually through symbolism. “If you look at 11:11 on a clock, it actually looks like a doorway you can walkthrough. It is about setting a clear intention for your goals, putting them into action, and making it happen.” 11/11 as a number can remind us of the many doorways of opportunity that are surrounding us, inviting us to take the steps needed to walk through them and build the experience that we envision for ourselves.

If the power of 11 can vibrate through the time, imagine the power the number can bestow upon us when it also reflects in the date. Every day has a different energetic vibration. So for example, some days might be better for paying bills than others, some days may be better for romance than others, and so forth. In numerology, the number 1 is about achievement, about focus, about being number 1, about winning and getting it done. And so 11/11, with all of those 1’s in succession, shows that the energy of the universe is conspiring to help us achieve anything. It pretty much amplifies whatever it is we want to do, giving us a turbocharge to get things done.

The approaching full moon, the magic of the rare Mercury transit, and the numerological mystic power of 11/11 is making this a great day for creative work, manifesting abundance, and inviting the energy we want into our lives. 11/11 is a really good day to think and reflect on the life we desire, about the person we desire to Be and the things that we are capable of achieving.

We can set an intention and begin putting the pieces in place to begin manifesting our desires into material form.

Visualization rituals are going to be very helpful. On this day we may choose to use this energy to visualize something we would like to create in our lives. I suggest connecting with your goals by writing down our goals on a list as part of a beautiful ritual and put down small steps to take every day in order to help us achieve them. It can simply be as sitting and visualizing that life, write your goals down, and draw up business plans, and give thanks for its fulfillment. Career energy is really booming with 11/11, so think about your life purpose, your relationship to money and prosperity, and the various forms of abundance that you are calling in.

Soul family,  number one represents oneness. oneness is what this universe is trying to move back into. It is our purpose for being. In our true essence, we are one with everything and everything is one and within us. We are not separate from any living thing. We all carry within us the same potential and the same divine Love which is the spark of all creation. The number one also represents new beginnings and new potential, creation, courage, assertiveness, attainment, and tenacity, let this be part of your expression today. 11:11 is also a mirror of the number 11. This can be a reminder to us to see the same divinity that is within us within all we encounter. That everyone we meet is only a reflection of our own perception. When we carry beauty within, we find beauty in another. When we carry hate or anger within, we see that in the world too. Let’s choose to be conscious of what we see out there for it is a direct reflection of what we feel within.

When you envision the number 1 – it looks like a column or antenna and acts as a direct conduit between the spiritual and physical world. And 11 represents two pillars, a gateway, which opens a direct portal between intention and manifestation.

11:11 is here to remind us of our true nature which is spirit incarnate. The 11:11 cosmic gateway brings us to a period of immense renewal of our spirit and a greater divine connection with source/creator. Today I am so grateful and honored to connect with you in this way as a reminder. We may all step into our power now. We are about to receive more clarity as to our purpose here and a remembrance of who we truly are as a beautiful expression of Love.

11/11 and full moon Blessings!

Much Love,

Ziad

Watchfulness a state of presence!

Watchfulness a state of presence!

Mind means past. Usually, mind has no idea of the present and cannot have any idea of the present. The mind only means that which has been lived, known, experienced, the accumulated past. It cannot have any contact with the present; it will have that contact only when the present is no more present and has become past. And life moves ahead. We live in the present and we move in the future, and mind never lives in the present and always clings to the past. This is the dichotomy and the greatest calamity. This is the knot that has to be released in order to live the sacredness of this experience.

In its nature mind hesitates, it is indecisive, it is either/or. It is always in that space of “to be or not to be.” If we really want to grow, mature, and to know what this life is all about, we may choose to commit. To involve by getting committed to life, and not remain a spectator.

Life is for those who know how to commit, how to say yes to something, also how to say no to something decisively, categorically. Once we have categorically said yes or no to something, then we are ready to dive deep into the ocean of knowing.

It is always good to be reminded of the nature of our mind. The mind is a mechanical instrument. It is a robot with its own utility; this is the way the mind functions, we learn something; when we learn it, in the beginning, we are aware and present. For example, if we learn swimming, we become very alert, because our life is in danger. Or if we learn to drive a car, we become very alert. We must be careful about many things, like the steering wheel, the road, the people passing by. When it is dangerous to commit a mistake, we become aware. But the moment we have learned driving or swimming, this awareness will not be needed anymore. Then the mechanical part of our mind will take over, and our body will respond with reflexes wired in our brain to the outside environment without our conscious presence.

So our mind is skillful; it is a very beautiful machine, it functions well. Science together with all our so-called progress in knowledge has not yet been able to create something so sophisticated as the human mind.

The mind is simply a miracle, but this mind loves the nonessential; it is always hungry for gossip and judgment, for something utterly useless, and it listens so attentively to that, and when the mind has taken possession of our whole being it becomes the Ego mind, Ego is the state of utter unawareness and the only way to release it is through the remedy of watchfulness, healing, and meditation.

Then by and by we start reclaiming territories from the mind. And the process may be difficult but exhilarating, very enchanting and thrilling. It will bring new joy into our lives. When we reclaim territory back from the robot, we will be surprised that we are becoming a totally new being, renewed, that this is the new birth our mystics and teachers of the past were trying to teach us since the beginning of time. We are all seeking the new birth of the SELF away from the grip of the primitive MIND.

My friend, if we try to watch our own mind, we will find a deep treasure hidden there. Whenever we calculate and whenever we start living mathematically, whenever our life becomes just a business, just a logic; we lose love, we lose the quality to share; whenever we lose the quality of giving wholeheartedly for the sheer joy of giving, we may choose to be aware more of the hidden treasure awaiting within our mind.

Remember, the parents, the teachers, the neighbors, the friends, all are continuously giving shape to our lives whether we realize it or not. If we look into our mind closely, we will find many voices together; our father is speaking, our mother, our brother, our teachers, our professors. But one thing will be missing, it is our voice. Our voice has been completely repressed by other voices. Layer upon layer, people have lost track of their own voice, of their own self, of their own face. So many masks have been conditioning our state of being without our permission.

The mind is what we have. No-mind is a state of watchfulness, that’s what we recommend through meditation. And from no-mind blossom flowers of unselfishness, of Love, of compassion, and sharing.

When the human mind becomes anxious, it creates questions and then supplies the answers. The questions are meaningless; hence the answers are more so. But because we fabricate questions, we cannot be at ease unless we find the answers. Therefore, we go on finding answers and creating questions. If we see this whole nonsense of asking questions and answering them, we may find that we are carrying on a monologue with ourselves. Even if we are asking and answering, it is the human robot that has accumulated so many opinions that are asking and answering. It is just a hide-and-seek trick used by the same mind. It makes no difference who is asking and who is answering.

The human mind questions, and the human mind answers, it creates such a mess of answers and questions, but not a single question will be answered through that method. The questions remain where they were always. If we can see this whole demonstration of questions and answers, if we become aware of this whole nonsense as if in a flash of lightning, then we can laugh at the absurdity of the human mind. And the moment there is laughter, we transcend the human mind completely. Then there is no question, and then there is no answer. There is only love. There is no purpose, and there is no cause. Living itself is enough.

Past and future are two aspects of the same coin. And the name of this coin is mind.

With Much Love&Gratitude,

Ziad

Rewiring the Mind Healing Series!

Rewiring the Mind Healing Series!

Rewiring The Mind

A Healing Series by Ziad Hashash

Hello friends, I am so thrilled to start my upcoming series Rewiring the Mind on Sunday, April the 14th 2019. I have been working on this life-changing event for quite some time now. As we all know Beliefs are the major cause of unhappiness and limitations in the world. And Rewiring the Mind eliminates those beliefs at the core of our psyche. And nothing is off the table here!

This upcoming series involves all three levels of the mind: Subconscious, Conscious, and Superconscious. We are in charge of every step. We decide what we want to believe, and how far we want to go.  I will be guiding you, gently, step-by-step, through the process of Rewiring the Mind on all levels. The changes we make through the series are permanent and our old beliefs will simply be transformed once and for all if we are willing to open up to the infinite potential of our subconscious mind!

The reason why beliefs are difficult to change:

Many people agree that “our beliefs create our reality,” and tell us to simply “Just change our beliefs!” Few offer specific tools that will change our beliefs permanently. There’s a good reason: Beliefs reside in our subconscious mind, below the level of conscious awareness.

When we were young, our parents and caregivers indoctrinated us with their beliefs. It began when we were an infant before we could speak. Those indoctrinated beliefs are buried deep in our pre-verbal memory. There’s a way in which certain methods can reach the basement of our being where they are stored.

You are already a master manifestor, you’re just manifesting your old programs!

Our parents and caregivers indoctrinated us for a good reason: they wanted us to survive and thrive. Their beliefs allowed them to survive, so they wanted us to have those beliefs too, whether they were a good fit for us or not. They didn’t know any better. it’s exactly what their parents did to them.

So, we formed our self-view and world-view from those indoctrinated beliefs, unconsciously. We didn’t know any better at the time, and we rarely questioned it. It was just “what was so.”

Now we are capable not only to release those old beliefs if we want, but also we will be able to replace them with a new set of beliefs that can transform our reality in a way we thought it will never happen.

For example, when we begin Spring cleaning, the first step is that fearful moment when we open the door to our closet and realize that we have to take everything out in order to begin the sorting process before we can decide what to keep and what to give away.

During our series, we will examine our old beliefs, and determine which ones no longer serve us. It’s time to discard them and clear some space! We will get our first in-depth experience with “The Karma clearing” process and discover that we can permanently delete all beliefs from our past, even beliefs that have been stuck with us for decades, and even lifetimes. We will feel more open, empowered and free to choose our beliefs and the way we live our life. We will also rewire our brain cells with a new set of beliefs using the Brain Blockage Removal process which will help us release resistance and rewire brain cells with positive affirmative beliefs that suit our new state of consciousness.

During our work, you will gently release the issues and problems that have kept you from being happy and joyful. What do you believe about yourself? Your idea of “Who I am” is based on beliefs and programming you got as a child. What messages did your parents, caregivers, and siblings planted in your child mind that still affect you today? Keeping our old beliefs about who we are is similar to keeping all of our infant clothes in our closet. It’s time to release them, we don’t need them anymore.

Do you have beliefs that stop you from dreaming big, or following through?

Do you procrastinate or get distracted?

In this series, we will eliminate those beliefs and relieve you of those symptoms.

The subconscious mind is not critical or judgmental; it does not analyze or reason. It simply gathers data and then acts according to the conditioning, programming, instructions, and messages it receives. Thousands of these interpretations of experiences from when we’re young become limiting beliefs that then become rules for our lives.

Our subconscious mind uses these rules to direct our behavior. As we keep going back to those memories, experiences, and interpretations of the past, we create new cells along those neural pathways reinforcing that old belief and response pattern. These harmful beliefs are one of the largest impediments to healing. The good news is that overcoming beliefs like these can help create new, healthy patterns.

Limiting beliefs work like this:

They create a tainted lens through which we start to see our lives and ourselves, skewing our perceptions. This lens keeps us stuck in life-limiting thoughts and patterns. Believing these limits, we continue to live within the confines of them, further fulfilling that limiting belief, which helps create our reality. The limiting beliefs then create a pattern of self-sabotage.

Rewiring the Mind allows you to:

  •               Release old limiting beliefs from the past
  •               Open to a deeper, more profound love for yourself and others
  •               Recognize your true spiritual nature
  •               Become calmer and less reactive
  •               Rediscover the source of your personal power
  •               Clear whatever stops you from taking action
  •               Open yourself up to new possibilities for success
  •               Eliminate blocks and barriers easily
  •               Discover your true purpose in life
  •               Express your true magnificence

Rewiring Beliefs That Interfere With Your Personal Relationships!

If you’re married, are you happy and secure? Or are you anxious about the future? If you’re not in a relationship, what’s holding you back from finding your ideal mate?

Humans are social creatures, we relate to others to survive. At our core, we want security and safety, but we also want passion and romance. We learned “what love is” from our parents, so it’s no wonder that we’re confused! Most of us repeat patterns we learned from our early childhood. We watched our parents interact, and Mom and Dad’s relationship became our model of what a relationship is supposed to look like. In our family, love may have been contaminated by disrespect, contempt, withdrawal, or abuse” physical or mental”. We were programmed to repeat their patterns without conscious choice. During our healing sessions, we are capable of looking at early infant bonding patterns and how those patterns get reproduced in our adult relationships unconsciously until we change them once and for all.

How to Remove Beliefs that Create Stumbling Blocks in the Way of Natural Abundance, and How to Clear Uncomfortable Beliefs About our Body and Health?

We will Examine our family and cultural beliefs about money, work, poverty and “deservingness.” Creating new beliefs that enable us to open to the flow of resources, and the life of abundance we want – and deserve. During our work, we’ll focus on issues and problems with health – whether they appear in our physical, emotional, mental or spiritual body.

Ill health (dis-ease) is often the result of beliefs that were indoctrinated into you or conclusions you came to when you came to certain conclusions during your early childhood.

What do you believe and perceive about your body? Your health? Your age? Your vitality? Your ability to heal? The future of your health?
