Beloved friend,
The coming few days carry an unusual concentration of energy, and I wanted to make sure to connect with each of you and offer my support so we can meet this period consciously, not simply be moved around by it.
We are now moving deeper into Leo season, a season of expansion, visibility, creative authority, and the courage to occupy more space in our own lives. At this moment, both the Sun and Jupiter are traveling through Leo, magnifying the invitation to stop reducing ourselves to what has already happened and to consider what life may be ready to express through us now.
The chart is shifting quickly. I do not usually place too much emphasis on astrology, but when I see several movements aligning at once, I pay attention. These are the moments when the energetic field becomes especially supportive for manifestation, personal ritual, conscious intention, and deeper alignment.
Over the coming days, Venus moves into Libra, Mercury enters Leo, and Mars moves into Cancer. Symbolically, these movements draw our attention to how we receive, the authority behind our words, the relationships we are creating, and the emotional foundation from which we act.
In other words, the inner and outer conditions are beginning to cooperate in a more concentrated way. What we intend may begin to move faster, but more importantly, it can move with greater precision.
This is why the coming days are not only about asking for more. They are about becoming honest about what we truly want, speaking it with authority, and making sure our emotional world is prepared to hold it.
This is not passive energy. It asks for participation.
Ahead of us are two important energetic windows that can give birth to what you are intending.
The first is the Lion’s Gate, reaching its traditional peak around August 8. Within modern spiritual traditions, this period is connected with Leo, Sirius, and the number eight, representing expansion, renewal, infinite possibility, and the meeting point between spiritual intention and physical expression.
The second window arrives on August 12, with a Total Solar Eclipse and New Moon in Leo, occurring around 20 degrees of the sign. These two windows do not create a new life for us without our participation. They intensify what we are already consenting to, feeding, and preparing to express.
They may give birth to an intention, but we must be willing to stop protecting the inner conditions that keep that intention from living.
This is why the short vid I recently shared about living on the edge of creation is especially important now.
The edge of creation is the point where something has already changed within you, but the physical world has not yet caught up. The old reality no longer feels true, yet the new reality has not produced enough evidence for the mind to trust it.
It can feel exposed there.
There may be no guarantee, no confirmation, and no familiar structure to lean upon. Yet this is precisely where creation is most alive.
Many people leave that edge too quickly. They return to an old identity simply because it is recognizable. They call it being realistic, when they are actually retreating from the unknown.
For the coming ten days, resist the temptation to collapse possibility into an old conclusion.
Do not ask your past to tell you what is possible now.
Do not measure the approaching chapter by the limitations of the previous one.
Remain close to your intention before it produces evidence. Give it your attention without strangling it with urgency. Allow the intelligence within life to reveal pathways you could not have calculated for yourself.
This event is not only about the 8/8 day itself. It begins on August 8 and opens into nearly few weeks of powerful energy; a potent window to bring what lives in the deepest part of our being into form and manifestation.
I am here to assist you through this transition.
PERSONALIZED REMOTE HEALING!
I have only three spaces remaining.
As an additional way to support you through this powerful ten-day period, I am opening a limited number of personalized remote healing sessions for those who feel ready to work more directly with their intentions.
Availability for this level of focused work is not always open, but I feel guided to offer it during these two important energetic windows, the Lion’s Gate and the Total Solar Eclipse, so that we can work consciously with what is ready to be released, strengthened, activated, and brought into alignment.
You will receive one full hour of highly intensified energy work centered entirely around your personal intention. This is a Remote Healing, meaning no phone call; it’s distance healing work for those who are new to this. You will send me what you are ready to change, receive, create, or move beyond, and I will enter the healing field on your behalf, working with the patterns, resistance, emotional imprints, and energetic conditions surrounding that intention.
The purpose is not only to clear what has been interfering, but also to prepare your system to safely hold the reality you are calling forward.
After the session, you will receive a detailed written update explaining the energy work completed, what was addressed, and what was strengthened in your field. I will also share personalized guidance and step-by-step downloads created specifically for your frequency, your intention, and the energetic influences surrounding you during this period.
This is for those who feel that something within them is ready to move now, and who desire focused support as they step through this transition.
To continue and reserve a personalized remote healing session, you can use the payment link below. Once your payment is received, I will contact you directly so you can share your intention, and we can prepare for the work.
Much Love,

Hello friend, for hundreds of thousands of years humans have lived here. They have, each one, struggled to exist, to survive, to have a good life, to live. And in this time throughout history, people have encountered various obstacles, difficulties, struggles of life. These struggles are a natural part of human existence, a natural part of living in this world. There is no time in human history when there has not been some sort of difficulty, large or small, personal, or collective. Difficulties always arise. But in addition to difficulties, there are always periods of personal joy, personal fulfillment, personal expansion. Times when life seems incredibly good. Times when we feel very connected to friends, family, loved ones. Times when we feel there is abundance in our lives. These are also natural human experiences.
Our life challenges are what shape and shift our seeing to align us better with that which we came here to achieve and become.
They are part of our on-the-ground training.
By studying carefully the lessons offered to us through the life challenges we have already faced and overcome, we can often find the ways they have strengthened us and even set us up in preparation for the things we achieve. Life challenges refine us through the questions they require answers to, and through the storms, they bring us face to face with life. Hardship and challenges often serve us towards becoming our best and most mature selves. They tempt us towards grace, gratitude, and acceptance. Or challenges can drive us to collapse into misery, all depending upon how we meet them. And that is our choice. We can choose to either meet challenges and hardship with resilience and thus overcome, or we can choose to meet them with resistance and collapse.
And throughout history, people have had both the difficult experiences and the joyous experiences – times of struggle and conflict, times of peace and integration. Some people may ask why are there are periods of struggle and conflict? Why do obstacles and difficulties arise? But without them, how could we grow without both the personal and collective, obstacles, struggles, and conflict? For each human being loves their life, wants to survive, wants to do the maximum to fulfill their destiny, and to find true happiness. But in that search and effort to find happiness, many times the happiness of others can be stepped upon. The happiness of one can be at the expense of the happiness of others. And, for the happiness of one, another may suffer – living beings of all species may suffer.
In today’s world, many animals are highly exploited. There has been a degree of human exploitation of the planet that there are many species completely disappearing from this world. The world is out of balance and to bring that balance back there are forces in nature that adjust, which naturally bring harmony back to the natural world, back to all the living beings. And so, with what is happening this year, this is a time of adjustment. It is one adjustment. Until we as a collective awakening to the harmony we have with nature and all other living beings, rather than trying to put ourselves above other beings and exploit others, when we begin to live in harmony and mutual love and respect with everything, the correction does not need to occur.
So, in collective life as well as personal life, there are lessons to be learned from the trials and tribulations and difficulties that arise. Those are nature’s way of teaching us, of showing us when we have gone too far and allowing us to make adjustments, corrections. When people try always to find their happiness outside of themselves, then they may be highly successful for a time and then hit a period where that success fails them. And people may think why is this happening to this person? But, if we saw the entire scope of that person’s life and many lives before, we might see that that person has come to a point in their own evolution where what they have been doing, the way they have been approaching their life, is not working anymore. Is not for their higher good, not promoting their true spirit to awaken and arise, not promoting their path home to their source.
Life challenges are built into life; this is how we know they are an essential part of life. No one gets off easy.
Everyone has their own load of life-expanding challenges that must be lived through, whether we grow from them or not.
How we deal with these life challenges is our personal choice.
And so, certain circumstances might arise to make a correction in our path. When that happens then there is an opportunity in life to adjust, to make changes that are highly important for our personal evolution. And the same is true in collective life. It provides an opportunity. So never be daunted by the difficulties that life presents individually or collectively. But take them in steps, to learn, an opportunity to change, to grow, to expand, to go inward, and to know your innermost self, to become connected to the entirety of your human experience. Such are the ways that nature adjusts and we are part of that, and the laws of the universe are sustained. This is the path of the cosmic law underlying personal and social order. Let us not fight the current, or to go against it, let’s move with the flow, no resistance needed, every correction or life lesson is bringing us closer to our truth, bringing us back home.
Much Love,

Dear friend,
I wanted to share with you a clear understanding of cynicism. Cynics are people who we likely know, we all have or had one of those people around us, the type that distrusts everything new they see or hear, they are intolerant to new ideas, and they are pessimistic about everything. They think they know it all. They are not skeptics. That is a positive trait. They are more the downers who tend to bring everyone else down.
Cynicism comes from a variety of places, but often happens when one is emotionally vulnerable. In other words, lack of self-love or never had enough love in their lives.
The word Cynics comes from Greek philosophers who lived around 445 BC who rejected conventional ideas about money, power, and shelter. Instead, they promoted living simply. The founder of this school of thought, Antisthenes, supposedly was homeless on the streets of Athens and preached a life of poverty. The word cynic stems from the Greek word for dog.
Cynicism is part of a defensive mechanism people use to protect who they are or what they believe is true. It is typically triggered when they feel hurt by or angry at something, and instead of dealing with those emotions directly, they allow them to worsen and distort their outlook on everything.
Oscar Wild the Irish poet says: “A cynic is a man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing!”
Another cause of cynicism is that the brains are hard-wired to pay more attention to negative experiences. Because of trauma and or other distrust issues. The more negativity they see in the world, the more likely they are to share that temper with others. Over time, that tends to make them more cynical. In severe cases, they will find themselves hating on everything without giving it much thought.
Though cynicism may not be healthy in the long run, it can serve as an emotional coat of armor. Cynics people who have trust issues and are hurting, if you cannot be around them, the least being compassionate with them would be the best thing you can do.
We may remember this, like most things in life, always-on optimism is not healthy either it is all about balance my friend. When we find ourselves being cynical about everything, then it is time to take a closer look at what we are interacting with the world around us, inner work comes in handy here.
If we observe what people are cynical about, we often discover what they lack!
Many of our cynical emotions arise when we are feeling vulnerable. In moments when we are feeling open and are let down, we are far more likely to react by toughening up and becoming defensive. When we enter this state of mind, we are often viewing those around us through the same critical filter through which we see ourselves. This “critical inner voice” is frequently directed at us, telling us we are not good enough or that we are not going to fit in. Yet the harsh judgment of this inner critic can easily be projected outward onto the people around us.
We may start seeing anyone from our closest friend to a distant relative solely for their flaws and fail to have compassion for their own struggles and distractions. Being a glass-half-full kind of person, not only makes us happier but healthier.
Cynics usually are a disappointed idealist.
Research shows that “positive emotions contribute to psychological and physical well-being via more effective coping.” In other words, our positive feelings make us more resilient when facing negative circumstances. So the question becomes: Why not look for the best in people? Why make ourselves suffer over the flaws in others? How can we shake off cynical, destructive points of view and the critical attitudes that lead us in a downward spiral?
Avoiding cynicism does not mean avoiding emotions. It is not about being phony or in fantasy when it comes to our surroundings. it is about improving our own suffering by dealing with emotions directly without letting them color the lens through which we view the world.
It is important to acknowledge our emotions and to allow ourselves to feel them fully. We can then decide how we want to act.
Compassion requires a unique combination of accepting that we each have independent minds that think differently, while also realizing that we are all in the same boat, that we are all hurt in our own ways. Compassion counters cynicism by allowing us to feel our anger, pain, or frustration without taking these feelings to dark places that we do not need.
It is important to accept that we create the world we live in. When we cultivate compassion instead of turning cynical, we feel better. We feel closer to the people we care about and more fulfilled within ourselves. By being open and understanding, we relieve ourselves of our own harmful attitudes, and we draw out the best in those around us.
Stay blessed!

Dear friend, as the Moon and Sun come together in the same astrological sign on a New Moon, this is a powerfully transcendent New Moon that will most likely be felt for a long time. New Moons are all about setting intentions for the forthcoming 29-day lunar cycle.
With our Eclipse New Moon sitting opposite Galactic Centre, the heart/home of our milky way galaxy, the birthplace of our Souls, we are being drawn to re-evaluate how we are living at HOME here on Earth. Are we serving our Soul’s highest aspirations and living on-purpose toward our greater evolutionary purpose?
With the energy, uprising this solstice (breaking through the illusion) and making an uncomfortable square to our Solar Eclipse, new revelations about the story of Earth will be ignited along with our own story. Whilst this aspect may deeply inspire and uplift the actions we may take in Earth’s Evolution that is well underway, it also may bring confusion to many, a sense of feeling lost in too many stories that are untrue and unfitting to our present new being.
Where in your life have you given away your power, given away your intuitive insight, given away your energy to conform to a story that in fact, you were never comfortable with? This insightful New Moon will help us all reclaim ownership of our lives. A call to action of where and how we are now guided to place our energy in order to facilitate social justice.
Our energy need not come from fighting, but rather a solidarity and purposeful vision that serves a cause much greater than ourselves. United. Rising. Together.
The summer solstice reminds us of the light that exists within all of us. It gives us permission to expand and shine our light, rather than dim it. Setting our intentions and being in the moment while embracing the life force energy from the Sun is one of the simplest ways to celebrate, whether our goal is to ramp up social justice initiatives or clear your head for mental health purposes.
There are plenty of ways to observe 2020’s summer solstice. We recommend charging crystals like citrine and quartz under the sun on this day for vitality and then using them in crystal water to drink from and baths to harness that energetic power.
Dear friend, remember that Solar Eclipse feels like a mega-amplified New Moon and can be very intense. But also has the potential to be wildly transformational should we choose to surrender to the eclipse’s greater potential. Eclipses have the effect of pushing us to transform, and the choice comes into being as to whether we choose to transform the hard way (kicking & screaming) or surrender to a grander version of ourselves with grace & ease! Have a blissful Solstice/New Moon/Eclipse!
